Job summary

ADM in Decatur, IL is seeking an EHS Systems Coordinator to support the EHS function with administration, systems management, and project coordination. You will manage document control in PolicyTech, maintain SharePoint content, and provide user support for EHS applications, while leveraging Microsoft 365 and AI tools to boost efficiency.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across global locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, EHS, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, systems support, or project support role.
• Experience with document management systems, SharePoint administration, or learning management systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain EHS documents within PolicyTech and other document management systems.
• Coordinate document review, approval, publication, and archiving processes.
• Manage translation requests for EHS procedures, standards, and related documentation.
• Ensure translated materials are distributed, uploaded, and maintained appropriately.
• Support document management system improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
