Stoughton Trailers is seeking an Environmental EHS professional in Wisconsin to develop and maintain environmental programs across manufacturing sites. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintain records, and prepare reports for regulators.

You will partner with plant management to establish annual objectives, conduct audits, deliver training, and drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years environmental experience in a heavy manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of environmental regulations, concepts, and best practices.
• Experience with NFPA and ANSI standards and ISO 14001.
• Experience with sustainability concepts.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Provide environmental guidance to manufacturing entities and ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations.
• Develop, implement and maintain procedures and programs to minimize environmental liability.
• Maintain records and prepare regulatory reports (e.g., air permits, hazardous waste, stormwater, inspections).
• Conduct audits/inspections and develop corrective actions with management.
• Develop energy and sustainability programs and coordinate training for employees and management.
