Job summary

Stoughton Trailers, LLC seeks an Environmental Compliance Manager to guide regulatory adherence across manufacturing sites. You will develop programs, lead audits, and ensure records meet federal, state, and local requirements while pursuing efficiency and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with plant management to implement policies, preparing agency reports, and driving continuous improvement in environmental performance and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree with 5-10 years environmental experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, concepts, and best practices.
• Experience with sustainability concepts and corporate environmental programs.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental guidance to manufacturing entities and develop compliant procedures.
• Develop and implement annual objectives and improvement plans with plant management.
• Maintain records to ensure regulatory compliance and prepare reports for agencies.
• Audit plants regularly and drive corrective actions with management.
• Monitor environmental metrics and communicate trends to leadership.
• Develop energy and sustainability programs and oversee related training.
