The role includes supervising safety programs, conducting trainings, and ensuring regulatory compliance at the PA18434 Distribution Center. The candidate will lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with district managers to promote safe work practices across branches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in EH&S or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with federal, state and local environmental health and safety regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead team members.
• Coordinate scheduling, hiring and exiting of employees.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are completed safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with employees and branches across locations.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations.
• Conduct accident investigations and safety analyses.
• Deliver new employee safety trainings and annual refreshers.
• Assist District Managers with safety training tools.
• Support hazardous material compliance for distribution centers and stores.
• Complete administrative reporting and clerical duties.
• Coordinate safety standards and policy implementation.
• Help develop and implement emergency action plans and safety procedures.
