Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an EHS Specialist & Trainer to develop, implement, and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety programs across the facility. You will conduct trainings, inspections, and hazard analyses to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, working closely with operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Experience delivering instructor-led trainings and developing training content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs and procedures aligned with OSHA, EPA and local requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Provide training on hazard communication, PPE, lockout/tagout, and other safety topics.
• Support safety observations, JHAs, and regulatory compliance activities.
