Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting requirements; experience with OSHA 300 logs and incident reporting is required.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations (EPA, RCRA, etc.) and hazardous material management.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, CSP, CHMM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safety training and program execution across facilities.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Respond to EHS emergencies and provide corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping, SDS, and regulatory records.
• Track EHS metrics and prepare management reports.
• Ensure proper hazardous material handling and waste disposal.
• Coordinate safety program implementations and audits.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
