Job summary

Environment & Safety Solutions, Inc. seeks an in-person EHS Specialist in Hightstown, New Jersey to help clients comply with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

You will develop facility-specific EHS programs, perform industrial hygiene tasks, and manage regulatory reporting across diverse industries. Travel to local and out-of-state client sites is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential in this collaborative, small-firm environment that values employee development and client

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of EHS industry experience (may include internships).
• Minimum 4-year degree in science or related field.
• Excellent written communication and ability to write comprehensive reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate time management skills and meet client-driven deadlines.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to out-of-state client facilities.
• Traveling locally to client facilities.
• Conducting compliance walkthroughs and Gap Analyses.
• Preparing and/or presenting trainings compliant with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Identifying required written EHS programs based on facility operations.
• Developing facility specific written EHS programs.
• Regulatory report preparation such as Tier II, TRI and Chemical Data Reporting.
• Assisting in respirator fit testing.
• Supporting TSCA notification obligations.
• Supporting Supervisor in TCPA and DPCC audits.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
