Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an EHS Specialist to implement and administer Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and OSHA compliance programs at Leonia, Richmond, Bellevue, and Cary facilities under the EHS Senior Manager for EPP and T&P. The role focuses on maintaining a healthy, accident-free workplace and guiding management in environmental and industrial health practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an EHS role.
• Ability to interpret EHS regulations and lead safety trainings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance activities with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS laws and guidelines.
• Audit processes in ergonomics, emergency preparedness, and other management standards.
• Support and improve EHS programs to reduce hazards and risks.
• Lead or support EHS projects and required reports.
• Participate in incident investigations and conduct root cause analyses.
