Job summary

Milacron in Mount Orab, OH is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support environmental, health and safety programs at the facility. You will drive regulatory compliance, conduct training, lead incident investigations, and foster a collaborative safety culture across the site. The role emphasizes audits, JSAs, risk assessments, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting safety training, incident investigations, and compliance audits.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Lead safety training programs, onboarding, safety committee meetings, and emergency response training.
• Support OSHA, EPA, hazardous waste, employee health, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain JSAs, risk assessments, and safety procedures for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with plant leadership, maintenance, HR, and associates to identify risks and implement safety improvements.
