Job summary

Accuray in Deming, NM is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety professional to develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead safety initiatives, and support radiation safety activities across the site.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 5% may be required. US work authorization without sponsorship is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an EHS role.
• Regulatory knowledge: federal, state, and local health and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Familiarity with radiation safety requirements.
• OSHA Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Lead safety culture initiatives with site leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Deliver EHS training and maintain records.
