Medtronic is seeking an EHS Specialist, Radiation Safety to support administration, monitoring, and compliance for radiation-emitting medical devices. You will maintain state registrations, assist dose monitoring, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role can be based onsite at a Medtronic location in the United States. This position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and continuous improvement of safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s with 2+ years.
• Experience supporting radiation safety, regulatory compliance or registration activities for radiation-emitting medical devices.
• Knowledge of x-ray device registration and radiation safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor radiation-related registrations, licenses, notifications, and renewals.
• Coordinate safety activities for demonstrations, training, and loaner devices.
• Maintain registrations and documentation at state and local levels with accuracy.
• Support dose monitoring and follow-up on abnormal readings.
• Collaborate with field service, sales, operations, quality, and regulatory teams.
