Job summary

Valmont Industries, Inc. seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to advance site-level safety programs and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will implement the EHS Playbook, participate in safety committees, and lead data-driven initiatives to reduce risk and protect workers.

You will collaborate with regional and site management, mentor teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while modeling Valmont’s core values in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EHS programs and fire prevention.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Reports to EHS Manager or General/Plant Manager and supports EHS initiatives.
• Partners with regional/site management to deploy standards and campaigns.
• Assists in risk assessments, incident investigations, and data reporting.
