Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to join our team in Coon Rapids, MN. You will implement and continuously improve EH&S programs to protect employees, ensure compliance, and reduce risk, partnering with site leadership and staff to drive safety initiatives.

You will identify hazards, assess risks, and collaborate across departments to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, with occasional travel to other Lexington sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EH&S, safety, environmental compliance, or related experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, audits, inspections, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30, ASP, CSP, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support EH&S compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Partner with operations to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance records, reporting, and documentation; Support emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives.
