Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist for an on-site role in Coon Rapids, MN. You will implement and continuously improve EH&S programs, partnering with site leadership to protect employees and the environment while reducing risk.

The position requires 2+ years in EH&S, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and strong communication and analytical skills. Occasional travel to other Lexington locations is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in EH&S, safety, or environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA audits, inspections, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture through training, coaching and engagement.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Support OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Maintain compliance records, reporting and emergency preparedness.
