You will lead incident investigations, manage onboarding and monthly safety trainings, conduct inspections, and maintain records while partnering with plant managers and local safety committees to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in safety, environmental health, or related field.
• 1-3 years in safety, manufacturing, or production.
• Knowledge of OSHA/environmental regulations.
• Experience leading safety onboarding and trainings.
• Experience with incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead site incident investigations and determine root causes.
• Manage safety onboarding for new hires and orientation for visitors.
• Plan and deliver monthly safety training programs.
• Conduct facility safety inspections (crane, forklift, welding areas).
• Maintain OSHA 300/300A records and SDS libraries.
• Track EHS metrics and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with plant managers and safety committees.
