• 1-2 years’ experience performing site safety duties; OSHA 30 certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead/foster a culture of safety, health and environment at the site.
• Support EHS strategies, programs and KPI tracking.
• Provide guidance on safety practices and compliance with laws.
• Perform monthly inspections and incident investigations to drive root cause analysis.
