Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist (EHS) to administer programs at the Goodyear, AZ production facility. The role focuses on building a zero-incident culture, implementing safety initiatives, and guiding management on compliance and best practices.

The position requires 1–2 years of safety experience with OSHA 30 and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel is limited; this role reports to the Senior Site EHS Manager, Goodyear, AZ.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in EHS or 2 years in the field.
• 1–2 years' site safety experience; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site EHS culture to ingrain safety, health and environment as core values.
• Participate in Site EHS Team and coach supervision to be effective leaders.
• Implement health & safety programs and report KPI's; align with company policy.
• Perform monthly safety inspections to ensure SMS/EMS readiness.
• Conduct formal incident investigations using root-cause tools and drive preventive actions.
