Responsibilities

• Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Leads the Safety Pillar and is an active member of the Corporate Safet Leader Team.
• Develops interactive, documented training plans for supervisor’s employee safety meetings.
• Analyzes safety data, prepares reports and insights to prevent future injuries.
• Facilitates annual safety audits and conducts internal audits of other facilities.
• Leads facility inspections, determines corrective actions, and ensures implementation.
• Assists in the development of JSAs, training material, and engineering reviews.
• Leads investigations of incidents/injuries and ensures corrective actions.
• Manages worker compensation program to minimize impact and ensure timely return to work.
• Maintains materials safety data sheets and environmental compliance programs.
• Ensures timely reporting to regulatory bodies and consultants, and maintains records.
