Job summary

Air Products seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist for its Membrane Solutions facility in St. Louis. You will promote safe work practices, conduct inspections, support investigations, and drive KPI reporting to reduce risk.

This role collaborates with operations, maintenance, and engineering to strengthen safety culture. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in safety/science/engineering, knowledge of OSHA, and a proactive, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Safety/Environmental).
• Experience in manufacturing/EHS in industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and incident reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices on the manufacturing floor.
• Contribute to incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Track EHS metrics and develop dashboards for decision making.
• Support training records and compliance audits.
