  • Support Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), risk assessments, safety observations, compliance audits, and inspection activities
  • Coordinate and maintain EHS training records, documentation, and employee participation tracking
  • Partner with supervisors and employees to address safety concerns and drive timely resolution of identified issues
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of site EHS programs, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records related to incidents, inspections, training, corrective actions, and compliance requirements
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts and ensure adherence to OSHA and company EHS standards
  • Promote employee engagement through participation in safety initiatives, awareness programs, and continuous improvement activities
  • Provide support for off‑shift or weekend operations as required by business needs
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning in EHS disciplines
  • Knowledge of workplace hazard recognition and risk mitigation practices
  • Understanding of EHS compliance requirements, safety inspections, incident documentation, and corrective action management
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize EHS data to support business decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, EHS management systems, or other reporting platforms preferred
  • Ability to support audits, inspections, training documentation, and safety program administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting, recordkeeping, and data management
