Job summary
Air Products seeks a dynamic Site Manager to lead our Membrane Solutions manufacturing facility in St. Louis, MO.
The role oversees safety, operational performance, and organizational effectiveness with full accountability for site success in a complex manufacturing environment. As senior on-site leader, you will drive production targets, process improvements, and capital projects while partnering with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and business leaders to deliver reliable, scalable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Significant leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance in production.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety, compliance, and operational integrity across the site.
- Drive production, quality, and delivery performance.
- Develop leaders and build a high-performing manufacturing organization.
- Oversee capital projects and site growth initiatives.
- Ensure financial discipline and waste reduction across operations.
- Promote continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders across engineering, safety, quality, and HR.
