Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Specialist/Coordinator to promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards, and maintain a safe working environment. You will conduct trainings, lead safety audits, maintain KPI reporting, perform risk assessments, and support incident investigations across the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Environment, Health & Safety field
• OSHA 10/30 certification
• Experience in emergency response planning

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer site safety programs.
• Train and coach associates on safety habits.
• Lead a site safety committee.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly safety KPI to onsite management.
• Perform risk assessments for jobs and new equipment.
• Coordinate trainings across job functions.
• Support incident reporting and investigations.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of incidents.
• Inspect safety equipment, PPE and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations.
• Meet client EHS requirements.
• Identify hazards and improvement opportunities via audits.
