The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)Specialist/Coordinatorwillbe responsible forpromoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with corporate and local/state/federal safety standards, andmaintaininga safe working environment. They willmaintainsafety programs and inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA, and industry standards. The EHSSpecialist/Coordinatorwill conduct training and coaching for associates on observed work habits; perform safety observations & audits; train andassistothers in completing their safety responsibilities (Audits, Following Safety Rules, etc.); and provide specific safety training asrequired.
