Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist/Coordinator for our Georgia site. You will promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include leading safety programs, trainings, audits, and incident investigations to protect employees and operations. Qualifications include 3+ years in EHS, OSHA 10/30 certification, and experience with emergency response planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an Environment, Health & Safety related field.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification.
• Experience in emergency response planning and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer site-specific safety programs.
• Conduct trainings and coaching associates on observed work habits.
• Lead and engage a site safety committee.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to report to onsite management teams.
• Conduct risk assessments related to jobs performed and new equipment introductions.
• Track and facilitate trainings across different job functions as needed.
• Support incident reporting and investigation.
• Conduct root cause analyses.
• Complete or facilitate inspections of safety-related equipment, PPE, and procedures.
• Ensure site complies with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
