Job summary

Arvato seeks an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist/Coordinator at our Las Vegas site to promote a positive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. You will inspect environments, lead safety training, and manage safety programs to protect people and assets.

You'll train associates, conduct audits, maintain KPIs, and coordinate emergency drills, hazards assessment, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification.
• Experience in emergency response planning and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer site-specific safety programs.
• Conduct trainings and coaching associates on observed work habits.
• Lead and engage a site safety committee.
• Maintain KPIs to report to onsite management teams.
• Conduct risk assessments related to jobs and new equipment.
• Execute emergency response drills.

Environmental Science degree
