Job summary

Siemens Energy Staffing is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist for our power plant service operations, based in Orlando, FL. You will oversee site safety and environmental programs across large-scale equipment maintenance and upgrades, supporting field teams in the US and Canada.

The role involves leading safety meetings, conducting hazard assessments, implementing LOTO, PPE, scaffolding, and other safety controls, and collaborating with customer and Siemens leadership to

Qualifications

• Site safety and environmental programs management
• Experience with OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations
• Lead safety meetings and incident investigations
• Willingness to work 7x12 shifts and overtime

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS compliance guidance to project teams
• Perform daily EHS safety observations at project sites
• Lead safety incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• Manage EHS documentation and reporting for field operations
• Support environmental and chemical programs and risk assessments
• Coordinate with customer EHS personnel and Siemens leadership
