FieldCore seeks an Site EHS Specialist I to support planning, execution, and post-outage reviews of EHS plans at customer sites. You will help drive no-harm safety culture, coach teams on risk controls, and ensure compliance with company and country regulations.

The role requires strong communication, auditing skills, and the ability to travel as needed to support outages and field work across the US.

Qualifications

• Technical/University degree in EHS or engineering.
• High School Diploma with safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of EHS programs on outage sites.
• Assist with incident investigations and RCA documentation.
• Coach on-site teams to ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inductions, training, and recordkeeping for safety.
• Ensure awareness of hazards and control measures during operations.
