Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking an EHS Specialist to ensure site compliance with EHS policies, programs, and procedures. You will contribute to program development, audits, and continuous safety improvements across projects.

You will manage risk assessments, site inspections, investigations, and reporting. Travel up to 50% regionally, work outdoors in varied weather, and support site managers to uphold safe procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) field.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and local environmental guidance is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and hazards to create a safe work environment.
• Facilitate Invenergy EHS standards across sites.
• Lead incident investigations and document findings.
• Deliver EHS training and maintain records and reports.
• Maintain 3E SDS system usage and update injury/illness data.
• Travel regionally up to 50% and coordinate with site managers.
