Job summary

Compliance Management International (CMI) seeks an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Site Manager for a manufacturing facility in Belle Mead, NJ. You will lead regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement while partnering with site leadership and operations.

The role requires 7–10 years in EHS, including leadership, with strong OSHA/regulatory knowledge and the ability to drive safety culture across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 7–10 years of EHS experience, including at least 3 years in leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve site EHS programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, hazard and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental programs: waste, stormwater, wastewater, air emissions, chemicals, hazardous materials.
