Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Site Lead to support and lead EHS initiatives at the facility, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture. The role requires hands-on leadership in program design, training, audits, and incident investigations.

You will partner with leadership and shop floor teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce injuries, and maintain regulatory compliance while managing environmental records and permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, safety audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, CHST, ASP, GSP, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS resource for the assigned facility; provide daily guidance on EHS matters.
• Promote a safety culture and integrate EHS into all business activities.
• Lead site-level EHS programs, policies, and procedures; conduct audits and training.
• Coordinate safety committee meetings and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for staff and contractors.
• Monitor safety metrics and prepare regulatory reports and corrective actions.
• Ensure environmental compliance activities, waste management, and permit adherence.
• Support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
