Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Site Lead to support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements at the West Virginia facility. This role serves as the primary on-site EHS resource for day-to-day operations, partnering with leadership, supervisors, and teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in safety, environmental science, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related field; combo with experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
• Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, CHST, ASP, GSP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS resource for the facility and guide associates, supervisors, and managers on EHS matters.
• Promote and reinforce a culture where safety is a core value and integral to all activities.
• Lead site-level EHS programs, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate and facilitate safety committee meetings and employee engagement activities.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and root-cause analysis of incidents and near-misses.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver EHS training for new hires and current staff.
• Support workers' compensation, accident response, and return-to-work activities.
• Maintain EHS records, permits, and regulatory documentation.
