Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC seeks a Safety Technician to support the EHS program at our Georgia site. The role focuses on safety, OSHA compliance, inspections, training, incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Work with operations, maintenance, and leadership to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and coordinate drills. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial safety experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and incident investigation basics.
• Proficiency in training and safety documentation; CSP/ASP candidate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and support regulatory audits.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
• Assist in investigating injuries, near misses, property damage, and environmental incidents.
• Deliver safety orientation and training (LOTO, PPE, Hazard Communication, Forklift Safety, Emergency Response, Ergonomics, Fire Safety).
• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings; promote program participation.
