5–7 years of progressive EHS experience.
10+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing preferred.
Experience in wastewater management.
Demonstrated success leading cultural transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement EHS strategies, programs, and policies.
Lead hazard identifications, risk assessments, and JSA.
Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
Design and deliver EHS training for staff and contractors.
Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT) and audits.
Oversee environmental programs and permits.
