Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead safety programs and ensure compliance across field and facility operations. You will drive risk assessments, training, and incident investigations, while fostering a culture of safety and adherence to regulations.

The role requires effective leadership, strong communication, and the ability to partner with clients and internal teams to implement robust safety strategies across construction and industrial environments.

Qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience in the safety field
• Experience with safety audits and risk assessments preferred
• OSHA 30 and training certifications (Train-the-Trainer Forklift and Rigging) as applicable
• Three years leadership experience in safety programs
• Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs and policies
• Coach teams on safety protocols and training to sustain a Safety Culture
• Lead risk assessment and controls to minimize health and safety hazards
• Administer incident/accident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Conduct site safety audits and mentor employees in safe practices
• Maintain EHS training database and lead third-party qualifications
• Prepare and maintain health and safety plans for customers
• Respond to safety complaints and OSHA-related inquiries
• Represent company in client meetings and with outside agencies
