Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. seeks a proactive EHS professional to implement safety programs and policies across field and facility activities.

You will train and mentor staff, oversee risk assessments, and manage incident investigations to uphold a culture of safety and health in compliance with laws and regulations. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple safety programs while working with clients and internal teams to minimize risk and ensure incident-free

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience in safety/industry.
• OSHA 30 and Train-the-Trainer Forklift and Rigging credentials are preferred.
• CHST or equivalent safety certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
• Coach team on safety protocols, programs, and training.
• Lead risk reduction through hazard analysis and controls.
• Administer incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct site safety audits and mentor employees on safe practices.
• Deliver EHS training and maintain training records.
• Prepare health and safety plans for customers.
• Respond to safety complaints and OSHA-related issues.
• Represent the company in client meetings and external agencies.
