Job summary

TCR International in Detroit is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the safety program across North America. You will help elevate safety culture, ensure OSHA compliance, and lead incident reporting and investigations with the Safety Manager.

The role involves policy development, training, risk assessments, environmental compliance, and working on the shop floor to coach teams and prevent injuries. A strong eye for detail and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of occupational health and safety experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Policy development and implementation to support safety practices.
• Safety training and onboarding for new employees, with ongoing coaching.
• Incident investigation with timely reporting and corrective actions.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification, audits, and compliance tracking.
• Environmental accountability: track energy/waste and ensure regulatory compliance.
