METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety leader to drive a culture of safety across a large service organization in the United States and Canada. You will develop and implement EH&S programs, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and lead training and investigations to promote a safety-first culture.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across multiple sites, contractors, and staff, with a focus on continuous improvement and

Competenze

• EHS knowledge including OSHA/EPA requirements and safety program management.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and lead across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with related experience.

Mansioni

• Lead safety programs and training to improve EHS culture across sites.
• Support OSHA, EPA, GAIA reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Audit, inspect, and perform risk assessments; track corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analyses.
• Deliver and coordinate training for service staff across the US & Canada.
• Maintain EH&S documentation, records, and SharePoint resources.
