Job summary

MSD Malaysia offers a Future Talent Program internship lasting up to 12 weeks to contribute to the Global Safety and Environment (GSE) team across the Americas. The role focuses on EHS training implementation, governance, and incident investigation improvements, with a chance to learn in a global health care environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a technical degree, able to commit to 10–12 weeks full-time, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology or another technical program.
Completed at least 2 years of college coursework.
Able to work full time for 10–12 weeks.
Strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
Ability to receive verbal or written direction and implement changes.
Ability to think critically about process inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the Global Safety and Environment (GSE) team across multiple sites in the Americas.
Assist with EHS training implementation and documentation governance.
Contribute to incident investigation improvements and operational efficiency.
