Job summary

MSD Malaysia offers a Future Talent Program internship lasting up to 12 weeks to support the Global Safety and Environment (GSE) team across the Americas. It provides hands-on exposure to EHS training implementation, documentation governance, and incident investigation improvements.

The program seeks motivated, detail-oriented students pursuing safety or environmental fields, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology or another technical program.
• Completed at least 2 years of college coursework.
• Able to work full time for 10–12 weeks.
• Critical thinking, communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Ability to receive verbal or written direction and implement changes.
• Ability to think critically about process inefficiencies and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Safety and Environment (GSE) team across multiple sites in the Americas.
• Assist with EHS training implementation, documentation governance, and incident investigation improvements.
• Contribute to operational efficiency improvements and critical GSE projects.
