The ideal candidate will drive change, sponsor employee-led teams, and align local operations to achieve outstanding safety and continuous improvement results across the site.

Qualifications

• Leads local OSHA compliance activities and injury prevention programs.
• Develops health and safety policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Administers environmental and safety programs across the site.
• Engages associates and sponsors employee-led teams to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead local safety initiatives to maintain world-class safety record.
• Manage continuous improvement activities, workflow systems, and training.
• Coordinate environmental compliance tracking, reporting, and audits.
