Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator (EHS) to oversee safety programs and OSHA-aligned practices at our Kansas City site. You will coordinate safety activities, maintain records, and support audits while partnering with leadership to drive injury prevention and continuous improvement.

We value strong communication, technical aptitude, and a hands-on approach. The role requires occasional travel (<10%), a relevant associate degree or equivalent experience, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Aptitude for technology and ability to work with management and floor associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Safety & Health activities at a manufacturing site to promote a best-in-class safety culture.
• Assist in maintaining local Safety & Health policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records for certifications or licenses and training.
• Assist with Safety & Health audits and reporting.
• Support testing and servicing of safety equipment and systems.
