Job summary

Marvin Composites is seeking an EHS Intern for our Fargo, ND plant to gain hands-on experience on the production floor while supporting safety initiatives and corrective actions.

You will work with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to drive improvements in health, safety, and environmental performance. This paid internship offers mentorship and real-world emergency management exposure for students balancing coursework.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analytics acceptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS initiatives and inspections, support risk assessments and safety committee activities.
• Assist incident investigations and OSHA/compliance activities.
• Support hazardous waste management, fire protection systems, hazard identifications, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Collaborate across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to improve safety and processes.
