Job summary

KI Mobility is seeking an EHS Representative in Stevens Point, WI to oversee safety programs, regulatory compliance, and workers' compensation coordination. The role partners with leadership and associates to reduce risk and promote a culture of safety across manufacturing and office environments.

You will manage incident investigations, training, and EPCRA reporting, while supporting continuous improvement in safety performance and compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing safety.
• Experience with OSHA and EPCRA reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
• Deliver safety training for associates and coordinate safety orientation.
• Maintain OSHA logs and environmental reporting records.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare required reports.
• Analyze injury and incident trends to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a safety culture.
