Job summary
Milwaukee Tool is seeking an EHSS Coordinator to help execute our Safety Management System, strengthen regulatory compliance, and drive risk reduction across engineering labs and corporate locations. You will partner with leaders to identify hazards, implement effective controls, and continuously improve safety and health performance.
The role reports to the Sr. Manager EHSS and works cross-functionally with Engineering, Facilities, Talent, and other corporate teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health & safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of EHSS experience in labs, product testing, manufacturing, or corporate facilities.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance programs, including Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communication, Powered Industrial Trucks, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, and PPE.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate occupational health programs including medical surveillance, respirator medical evaluations, fit testing, audiometric testing, and related compliance requirements.
- Manage forklift operator training and certification—evaluations, retraining, performance observations, and recordkeeping.
