Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an EHSS Coordinator to support the Safety Management System and strengthen regulatory compliance across engineering labs and corporate locations. The role partners with engineering, facilities, talent, and support teams to identify hazards and implement risk reduction measures.

You will manage training, incident investigations, JHAs, and EHSS documentation while driving a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a safety or engineering-related field.
• 1–3 years of EHSS experience in tech environments or facilities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate occupational health programs and compliance requirements.
• Support safety reviews of lab equipment and testing activities to identify hazards and mitigate risk.
• Manage forklift operator training, evaluations, and recordkeeping.
• Conduct hazard assessments and JHAs with cross-functional teams.
• Perform safety inspections and audits to verify standards compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Manage corrective actions in VelocityEHS and track effectiveness.
• Deliver safety training programs and annual compliance training.
• Assist with industrial hygiene monitoring and chemical safety assessments.
• Maintain EHSS records and regulatory reporting.
