Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking a Safety and Compliance Officer to lead OSHA compliance, risk management, and safety program administration. You will promote a safe workplace, conduct inspections, and support training across the organization.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will investigate incidents, coordinate corrective actions, oversee workers’ compensation, drug and alcohol testing, and maintain accurate safety records and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in occupational health, safety, or a related field.
• Experience conducting workplace inspections, incident investigations, safety audits, or employee safety training preferred.
• Ability to interpret OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and work areas.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff and supervisors.
• Support workers' compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Assist with DOT testing and drug/alcohol testing compliance.
• Maintain safety records and regulatory documentation.
