Job summary

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support our EHS programs at the Tennessee facility. The role focuses on training records, documentation, and safety metrics to uphold a strong safety culture in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling data and records, with a proactive approach to compliance and collaboration with Safety, Environmental, HR, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Business Administration, Human Resources, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of administrative, safety, HR, manufacturing, or compliance-related experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining records, databases, reports, and compliance documentation preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee safety and EHS training records in applicable systems.
• Upload, log, and track completion of required training records.
• Generate monthly and ad hoc training completion reports for EHS, HR, and leadership review.
• Maintain records for EHS-related training and safety programs.
• Ensure records are audit-ready and accurate.
• Maintain daily EHS internal reporting and safety metrics.
• Track safety data and reporting trends to support leadership.
• Assist with OSHA compliance reporting and related standards.
• Coordinate EHS calendar activities and safety communications.
