Eaton’s ES GDCO DIT division seeks an EHS Specialist for our Woodridge, IL facility. The role supports environmental, health, safety, and security initiatives and reports to site leadership.

The position includes coordinating EHS data, training, and engagement activities to sustain a zero-incident culture. The ideal candidate has a related bachelor’s degree and 1+ year EHS experience in manufacturing, with strong regulatory knowledge and office-software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental studies, or related field.
• 1+ year EHS experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive projects to improve the Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Facilitate risk assessments and set targets with leadership.
• Ensure changes comply with PROLaunch and MESH Change Management processes.
• Set site EHS goals with leadership and management teams.
• Manage EHS data using MESH Prism and related systems.
• Oversee site security and facility management support.
• Coordinate EHS engagement through teams and committees; run kaizen events.
