Job summary

Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division in Davenport, IA is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the site.

You will develop and drive programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements, support ISO 14001, and work with leaders to build a strong EHS culture focused on zero incidents.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a variable incentive program, with salary between $130,000 and $190,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety in a manufacturing setting.
• U.S. person as required by export regulations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive EHS programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Support ISO 14001 certification and EHS reporting metrics.
• Lead EHS activities, set objectives, and monitor performance.
• Provide training and communicate EHS policies site-wide.
• Manage interfaces with public and regulatory authorities during audits.
• Foster a zero-incident culture and coordinate MESH elements.
