Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an EHS Technician for our El Paso facility. The role focuses on promoting a zero-incident safety culture through EHS projects and robust data analysis.

The position includes coordinating training and incident investigations, with involvement in MESH processes and cross-functional teams to achieve yearly safety targets. The candidate will monitor EHS metrics, support improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Within 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

• Drive zero-incident EHS culture at the site.
• Assist with MESH implementation and use of MESH tools to drive improvements.
• Support EHS data analysis, management, reporting and training.
• Track leading and lagging indicators to monitor EHS performance.
• Coordinate EHS training programs and safety initiatives.
• Lead 8D for recordable accidents and root-cause actions.
